1. Vehicle Sourcing

Vehicles are procured to meet customers’ specific needs. ARJ will provide vehicle leasing services under an operating lease in conjunction with a driver cum maintenance agreement. The Company simply returns the vehicles to ARJ at the end of the lease term, without residual concerns.

You get to decide on the most appropriate truck to lease base on cost of truck, fuel efficiency, truck weight and dimension, engine capacity, axle configuration, tyre sizes that best suit your business needs.

2. Driver Sourcing and Management

Drivers will be sourced from all parts of China, depending on the customers’ geographical area of operation. To ensure that the desirable drivers are selected for our clients’ need, ARJ will have a strict recruitment policy to filter out unqualified or unsuitable candidates.

The drivers we provide will undergo comprehensive Safety and Defensive Driving Training program conducted by accredited "Drivers Training School" in China. This is an industry recognized comprehensive program which includes features such as "Dangerous/Hazardous Goods" truck driving and defensive driving.

3. Fleet Maintenance Program

As part of ARJ's operating procedure, all drivers will conduct daily physical check of their vehicles before departure for delivery. As safety is the hallmark of ARJ's services, it is mandatory that all our trucks go for preventive maintenance and annual inspections.

4. Insurance Management

ARJ provides comprehensive auto insurance for protection against losses incurred as a result of traffic accident. In the unfortunate event of traffic accident, it will be handled by our experienced and trained staff.
